The Supplementary Terms of Contract for the Procurement of IT Services (EVB-IT) are a well-established framework for standardizing public IT procurement in Germany. They enable legally secure and efficient contract agreements between public authorities and IT service providers.

For OpenProject and our customers, the EVB-IT service contract (Type B) is particularly relevant, as it governs the provision of IT services. OpenProject complies with the requirements of this contract type and offers public-sector clients a transparent, adaptable, and secure open source project management solution.

• Please enter the missing information such as “Auftraggeber” in the header section.
• In section 3.1 please also specify the number of users in column 3 “Anzahl”.
• Please also enter the start date and the duration of the contract in the columns 4 to 7.

We will then do the pricing calculations in columns 10 and 11 “Monatliche Vergütung”.
